These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.

Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
Offer is designed for married couples and life partners residing in the same city.
Either you or your spouse/partner must be over the age of 28 and you must have a minimum combined annual income of USD 100,000. You are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse or partner.
Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
Offer is for accommodation, hotel tax and service charges only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged to the guest’s account.

Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for your compulsory attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during the stay. You are required to participate in the preview presentation together with your spouse or partner.
In the event you and/or your spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation for whatever reason during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited and an administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be made with a credit card.
A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration fee of the best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.
The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
All additional charges must be paid in full at the time of booking and must be paid with a credit card.
