After account activation, you can earn ST Points for each eligible visit to participating Plaza Premium Group brands*, eligible purchases on ST Mall with 200+ Merchant Partners, and qualifying purchase with our Earn Partners.

*Participating Plaza Premium Group brands include Plaza Premium Lounge, Plaza Premium First and Root98 airport dining. We will be expanding our footprints to other travel related services, please visit www.arrture.com/ppl for the most updated list.

Qualifying visit is defined as members accessing the participating Locations by either walk in paid access, complimentary credit card access, network airline access or club membership partner access.

Points earned through ST with Merchant Partners other than Plaza Premium Group will expire 3 years after the transaction date/ processed date.
E.g. Member earned 100 points via eligible purchases on ST Mall or with our Earn Partners on 1 August 2019, the 100 points will expire on 31 December 2022.
Points earned through lounge access in Plaza Premium Group will expire after a period of inactivity of 12 months, i.e. you have not earned or redeemed any points within 12 months.
E.g. For Members with accrued points as at 20 November 2019, your accrued points will expire on 31 December 2020. To extend your points for another year, simply earn more points or make a redemption within a 12-month period.

or points earning from Plaza Premium Group Locations, every effort is made to credit ST Points to member’s account within 6 weeks of the transaction.
For points earning from other Earning Partners, please allow 10 – 12 weeks processing time upon completion of the booking or purchases.
If points are not credited for your transaction after the stated period of time, please send copies of your receipts with your name, membership number and contact information to [email protected] for assistance. For missing transaction enquiry, only transaction receipts within the last six months are accepted for retroactive claims.

Yes. ST Points are awarded for each eligible visit to Plaza Premium Lounges including accessing via bankcards, club membership card, or first/business class ticket, subject to ST Terms and Conditions.

No. ST Points can only be awarded when you present your ST membership card or quote your membership number at the time you visit Plaza Premium Lounges.

You can use your ST Points to redeem complimentary rewards on the all-inclusive ST Marketplace. Stay tuned and we will be exploring more Rewards Partners to enhancing your travel experiences.

Yes, redeemed vouchers are transferable.
Each lounge access voucher is good for one visit for one person at any participating Plaza Premium Lounges. You may redeem a voucher and gift it to your family member or friend.
Please present the voucher to any participating Plaza Premium Lounge to enjoy the service. The voucher can be used by non-ST members as well. Use of the voucher is subject to the Terms & Conditions stated on the voucher.

No, all redemption in ST Marketplace can be placed by ST Points only at this moment.

Validity period varies among vouchers. You are recommended to view the validity stated in ST Marketplace before placing redemption

No, all redemptions are non-refundable nor returnable.

Yes, you can edit the recipient’s details and arrange the product(s) to be delivered to other address.

Yes, you can view your redemptions and points earning transaction history by clicking “View all transactions” on your dashboard.

Your account will be automatically unlocked after 24 hours or you can click Forgot Password on the Member Login screen to reset your password.

You can retrieve your password by clicking Forgot Password in the Member Login page and follow the instructions accordingly. For security reasons, your password reset link will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

You can change your password by clicking Forgot Password on the Member Login page and follow the instructions accordingly. For security reasons, please reset your password with the Reset Password Link sent to your registered email address within an hour.

Please contact [email protected] and provide supporting documents for name change. The new name on your profile must match the name on your official documents, e.g. on your passport or identity card.

To redeem ST Points, you can simply go to the all-inclusive ST Marketplace, tap the Marketplace “” on the bottom menu bar to choose your rewards. You can also “Like” and retrieve things you have liked under “Your Likes” icon.

‘Rewards with a Stopwatch “” refer to products or vouchers that are available for “Redeem Now” function. You can redeem instantly in our partners’ outlets for rewards with this icon.

You can click “Redeem Now” next to your e-Membership Card to show the QR Code to the participating outlets for on-the-spot redemption.
