1. Members must book and complete the stay via the dedicated trip.com website from 15 Dec 2020 onwards, in order to be eligible to earn ST.
2. ST Points will be credited to the member’s account 90 days after the completion of an eligible stay or service. ST Points will not be awarded if the booking is cancelled.
3. ST Points awarded will be based on the local currency converted to USD Dollars. The exchange rate will be determined at ST Group Ltd’s discretion, based on the industry’s standard exchange rate.
4. In case of any dispute, the decision of Smart Traveller and trip.com shall be final.
