- Guest(s) are not allowed to leave the guestroom during the quarantine stay.
- No visitors are allowed to access the guestrooms.
- There will be limited contact between guests and hotel staff throughout the quarantine period.
- The hotel is a smoke-free hotel.
- No cooking is allowed in the room.
- Housekeeping and laundry services are not available during the quarantine period.
- The booking is non-transferrable, and once confirmed, no name change is allowed.
- Full prepayment of the reservation will be obtained upon reservation stage and full prepayment is non-refundable after cancellation deadline.
- For Quarantine Stay arrival within January and February 2022, free cancellation and amendment is allowed up to 7 days prior to arrival. For the Quarantine Stay arrival in March – July 2022, free cancellation and amendment is allowed up to 21 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation with refund is allowed if the guest get positive result of a PCR-based nucleic acid test prior arrival, with supporting document provided.
- Amendment or cancellation without penalty is allowed if there is a government policy change that affected the guest’s travel plan. Amendment is subject to hotel availability at the time of request.
- Amendment is allowed if the guest’s flight is cancelled or rescheduled by airlines, with supporting document provided.
- Only the staying guest who settle the room charges is eligible to earn Marriott BonvoyTM points.
- Marriott Bonvoy points redemption and membership benefits are not applicable.
